We offer two New Year’s Eve Party Packages to choose from, with plenty of optional extras to tailor them to you!
New Year’s Eve Cruise
Enjoy an exclusive 6-hour charter for up to 65 guests with all the luxurious additions sure to make for an unforgettable New Year’s Eve! This package includes:
- All-inclusive 6-hour charter with marine crew and wait/bar staff (approx. 7pm to 1am).
- Premium Buffet or Canape Menu: Includes grazing platters to start, followed by continuous hot and cold canape selection OR a premium hot buffet with sides and salads. Enjoy delicious assorted petit fours desserts with tea and coffee to finish.
- Open bar – inclusive of house spirits, premium beers, wines, sparkling, soft drinks and juices.
- Private DJ with lighting.
- Pick up and drop off at Darling Harbour.
- Front row seats to one of the best fireworks displays in the world.
BYO New Year’s Eve Cruise
Alternatively, choose our BYO package and supply your own food and beverages at your New Year’s Eve party of up to 50 guests! This package includes:
- All-inclusive 6-hour charter with marine crew and wait/bar staff (approx. 7pm to 1am).
- Pick up and drop off at Darling Harbour.
- Front row seats to one of the best fireworks displays in the world.
We are delighted to offer BYO charter alternatives, allowing our guests to truly make the day their own and get all the benefits of BYO. If you are planning on doing a BYO charter, then there are some things you need to consider. Although our staff are on hand to offer support and provide high quality service, you may need to get involved and take part in some organisational aspects.
Our BYO New Year’s Eve conditions are:
- Charterer must supply food and beverages. Ice, platters, cutlery, plates and cups will be provided for your use on the night. Please ensure to check if you require special items for serving as you may need to provide those if not on board already.
- Substantial catering must be brought on board to adhere to liquor licensing laws whilst alcohol is being consumed (min. 300gm of food pp over 4 hours, so 600gm pp over 6 hours).
- Loading of majority of the beverage items for the event needs to be organised to be done the day or few days prior to the event.
- Includes 2 wharf bookings, use of BBQ, kitchen and on-board crew/service staff.
- Spa will not be operational on the evening unless arranged with booking agent prior to the day.
- Beverages will be served and monitored by RSA certified staff members on board.
- Strict ‘no shots’ policy.
- Leftover BYO items can be organised to be collected from the vessel by the end of following week or they will be discarded.
